Architect

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the worlds leading design consultancies, our client is working on airports, highways, rail infrastructure across the world. In line with the growth of their architectural team in Ireland, they are seeking to hire 2 experienced Architects for both Cork and Dublin. Who do they need? The role is open to Registered Architects (or eligible to become registered) who will already be working in the Irish market and have strong knowledge of the Irish system in terms of planning, design and building regulations. Projects: Projects will be in the commercial area (office, retail, industrial/ logistics), so experience of delivering similar projects would be essential Your Experience: * One of the key areas of this role will be site experience, as well as design, so you must have experience of being on site on a project, interfacing with project teams and other project stakeholders * Excellent working knowledge of: Irish Planning System Building Regulations (Parts A–M) Building Control (BCAR) and Technical Guidance Documents. * High level of proficiency in Revit / BIM within a digital design environment. * There is an excellent opportunity on offer here, great package and superb opportunity for growth.
