Job Title: Inventory Coordinator Contract:12-Month Fixed Term Contract Location: Longbridge (Hybrid working on completion of training, full time Monday–Friday) Salary: Up to £27,000 An established and fast-growing organisation is seeking a Inventory Coordinator to join its Inventory team on an 12-month fixed term contract. The Role: The Inventory Coordinator will maintain accurate inventory records within the organisation’s ERP system and support day-to-day inventory and warehouse administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate inventory records within the ERP system Supporting day-to-day inventory and warehouse management activities Producing and developing inventory and management reports using Excel Analysing large volumes of data to identify trends, discrepancies, and risks Supporting stock reconciliations and investigations Working closely with internal teams to resolve inventory-related issues Ensuring systems and processes are followed and continuously improved Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deadlines About the Candidate: Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting Experience using ERP or similar business systems (e.g. SAP or equivalent) Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proactive problem solver able to work to tight deadlines Confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team Strong communication skills and a professional approach Experience & Background: A graduate in Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline with relevant placement experience Or previous experience within an operations, inventory, or supply chain role Good understanding of business systems, processes, and data accuracy What’s on Offer: 12-month fixed term contract Hybrid working model Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to develop skills and gain valuable experience in a growing business This role offers genuine scope for learning and development within a fast-paced organisation that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
