Integration Supervisor Location: Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland Job Type: Full-time | On-site We are looking for an experienced Integration Supervisor to support the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in the Helsinki region. This on-site role focuses on coordinating MEP, telecoms, and architectural services, ensuring smooth interfaces between trades and maintaining strong standards across safety, quality, and programme delivery. You will play a hands-on supervisory role, supporting installation activities through to commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily site activities with multiple trades and disciplines * Supervise integration of MEP, telecoms, and architectural services * Prepare and issue weekly progress reports * Deliver toolbox talks and site safety briefings * Maintain two-week lookahead schedules aligned with the project programme * Attend daily coordination meetings and report progress and issues * Manage labour levels in line with programme requirements * Ensure high-quality workmanship across all installations * Monitor subcontractor performance against scope, schedule, and quality * Identify and report variations, delays, and risks * Oversee plant, equipment, and material compliance with specifications * Coordinate deliveries, storage, and site logistics * Verify certification and condition of subcontractor plant and access equipment * Enforce HSEQ requirements and promote safe systems of work * Maintain high housekeeping standards on site * Complete weekly safety observation (“Don’t Walk By”) reports Requirements * Third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline * Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within an M&E environment * Telecoms experience is essential * Data centre experience is beneficial but not mandatory * Strong organisational and communication skills * Confident using MS Word and Excel Salary & Package * €70,000 – €80,000 salary * Accommodation provided * Rotation schedule * Travel covered * €1,300 net monthly living allowance * Opportunity to work on a major European data centre project * Long-term career development and progression
