Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

NOTION4 is a nationwide property maintenance and construction services business delivering reactive and planned works across private homes, tenanted properties, social housing and commercial buildings. We are currently recruiting an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join our Maintenance Division in Newport, South Wales. The role You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works across occupied domestic and commercial properties. The role will involve working independently on live jobs, delivering high-quality workmanship and representing NOTION4 professionally on site at all times. Typical works will include: * Plumbing repairs and minor installations * Plastering and patch repairs * Painting and decorating * General multi-trade and handyman duties You will be working across private homes, tenanted properties, social housing and commercial premises throughout South Wales.
