Mechanical Supervisor East Midlands Our client, a well-established and growing building services contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their team on a range of high-profile commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor looking for the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise mechanical installation works (plumbing and heating systems, pipework, HVAC systems, plant rooms ect) * Manage and coordinate site labour and subcontractors * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations * Monitor progress against programme * Carry out quality inspections * Liaise with other trades and client representatives * Ensure materials and resources are available on site Requirements: * Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within the building services sector. * Strong background of running commercial projects. * SSSTS or SMSTS * First Aid (preferred) * Strong understanding of Mechanical and HVAC systems * Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications * Strong leadership and communication skills * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary and package * Long-term, stable position with a reputable contractor * Opportunity to work on prestigious commercial projects * Clear career progression * Access to company pension scheme * Van + fuel card For more info contact Dan on (phone number removed)
