We recruit at management and executive level typically across Accounts/Finance, Data, Tech, Engineering & Manufacturing. Catalyst’s success is based on the quality of our delivery across a mix of retained, exclusive and contingent assignments which leads to valued, long-term client relationships. As Recruitment Consultant, you will: * Manage you own desk, encompassing the full recruitment lifecycle * Attract new clients via telephone, email, social media and in person * Source, vet, shortlist and propose suitable candidates * Utilise a modern CRM system and associated recruitment technology to co-ordinate your assignments * Co-operate and collaborate closely with other team members * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of your market sector As Recruitment Consultant, you will need: * Proven experience in Technical or Professional permanent/interim/contract recruitment * A commercially astute mindset * An ability to identify and acquire high quality new clients * Experience sourcing and matching the highest calibre of candidates * Strong organisational and time management skills * A determination to consistently locate the best candidate for the job Salary & benefits: * Basic up to £40k * Attractive commission structure, with no threshold * Hybrid/home working * Realistic opportunities for progression * Experienced mentors * 25 days holiday + stats * Auto-enrolment pension
