PE TEACHER- FULL TIME- ASAP START- BIRMINGHAM (B36) Are you a qualified PE teacher with recent experience delivering engaging PE lessons within a UK secondary school? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and passionate PE teacher to join the team at one of our excellent partner secondary schools based within the B36 area of Birmingham.  This is to start ASAP on a full time basis and has the potential to be a permanent position! You will be paid to scale for this role, ECT's are encouraged to apply! Ideal Person Specification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Recent, relevant experience teaching PE within a UK secondary school Extensive sporting background and knowledge of UK national curriculum for PE Excellent school based references from previous employers Able to commit to a full time position Enhanced DBS on update service (or willingness to obtain one) The successful candidate will be responsible for: Planning and delivering high quality PE lessons to all year groups across the secondary school Regularly assessing pupil progress and informing the pupils about how to get to the next level Communicating effectively with pupils, staff and parents alike Creating an inclusive and safe learning environment Managing the behaviour of classes effectively and ensuring pupils understand the risk of misbehaviour within a PE environment Safeguarding at all times Why work through Teaching Personnel?
