Fabric Technician - FM Service Provider - Acton - up to £35,000 Are you a Fabric Technician looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for an established Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio within Acton. GH Engage are currently recruiting a Fabric Technician to work on a prestigious site in Acton. The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across the portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Fabric Technician currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within building services maintenance. In return the company are offering a salary up to £35,000. Key Duties & Responsibilities: PPM's and Reactive works Emergency light testing Fire alarm testing Plumbing maintenance Carpentry Painting and Decorating Update contract managers with relevant client or site information Updating site log books Provide further works reports where required Completing all works to a high standard Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks Supervising Sub-ContractorsRequired Skills: Hold a qualification in Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting & Decorating or another relevant qualification within the industry. Working experience in a Building Services environment Other preferable skills: Mechanical, electrical or HVAC experience. Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
