MEP Lead €110,000-€120,000 + Accommodation + Transport + Rotation 17/4 + €1,200 Living Cost p/m Location: Sandviken, Gavleborg County, Sweden Type: Full-Time | On-Site Sector: Data Centres | Mission-Critical Infrastructure A leading European data centre delivery specialist is seeking an experienced MEP Lead to join a large-scale hyperscale data centre project in Sandviken, Sweden. You will lead the mechanical and electrical delivery on site, managing MEP teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage on-site Mechanical and Electrical engineering teams * Coordinate MEP activities with project management, site teams, and subcontractors * Review drawings and specifications, identifying and resolving design issues * Propose design and construction improvements to enhance cost, quality, and programme * Oversee MEP installation quality and compliance with specifications * Support procurement, sequencing, and programme planning of MEP works * Establish resource requirements and manage team performance * Drive high standards of health, safety, quality, and compliance across the MEP scope Requirements * Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related discipline * Proven experience leading MEP teams on large-scale construction projects * Strong experience delivering data centre MEP packages * Solid understanding of procurement, scheduling, and sequencing * Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What’s on Offer * Work on a major data centre project in Sweden * Long-term opportunities within the data centre sector * Collaborative, engineering-led project environment * Competitive salary package * Career development and progression opportunities
