VNA Forklift Truck Driver (Counterbalance Licensed) – Warehouse Operations We are currently recruiting for an experienced VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Forklift Truck Driver with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join our client’s fast-growing and dynamic warehouse team. Key Responsibilities Operate a VNA forklift truck to accurately pick, place, and store goods at height within narrow aisle racking systems Use a counterbalance forklift to load and unload deliveries and support wider warehouse operations Safely move stock within a fast-paced warehouse and distribution setting Conduct daily equipment and safety checks, reporting any defects or issues promptly Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures at all times Support general warehouse duties as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Candidate Requirements Valid VNA Forklift Licence (essential) Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (preffered) Proven warehouse and forklift driving experience Strong attention to detail with a high level of safety awareness, particularly in narrow-aisle environments Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude Why Apply?
