Site Manager

Involve Recruitment are working with a reputable and well-established contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver a range of commercial projects in partnership with local authorities. The role will involve managing refurbishment and extension works across education facilities, council buildings, and healthcare environments. This is a long-term opportunity within a stable business that has a strong pipeline of public-sector work and a supportive, professional team culture. The Role * Managing commercial refurbishment and extension projects from start to completion * Working closely with local authority clients, consultants, and stakeholders * Coordinating subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials on site * Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification * Maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety, and site compliance * Managing site reporting, progress meetings, and client communication About You * Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment and extension projects * Background delivering projects within education, healthcare, or public-sector buildings * Confident working in live environments with minimal disruption * Strong understanding of health & safety and building regulations * SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications * Professional, organised, and comfortable liaising with local authority stakeholders Package to include annual leave, pension, medical car, car allowance or vehicle.
