HR & Office Support Assistant (Temporary – up to 9 months) Thetford, Norfolk Early February 2026 Salary is dependent on experience About the Role We are looking for a proactive and organised HR & Office Support Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in HR and office administration within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities - Providing day to day administrative support to the HR team - Preparing refreshments for visitors and meetings - Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls when required - Assisting with document preparation, filing, and record management - Supporting data entry tasks and basic reporting - Helping with general office duties as needed We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
