Unqualified Teacher As an Unqualified Teacher, you lead the classroom using pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain engaged and on task. You create a positive and structured learning environment, manage behaviour effectively, and support pupils academic and social development. Your role helps maintain continuity of learning across the school, making a real impact while gaining valuable classroom experience. Prospero Teaching is looking for confident, proactive individuals to work as Unqualified Teachers across a range of mainstream and SEN primary and secondary schools in Basingstoke. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone passionate about education who wants to gain practical classroom experience without needing QTS. You will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-set lessons, and ensure students remain focused and supported throughout the school day.
