Stock Condition Surveyor DEA  Location: Cardiff Contract: Outside IR35 | Paid per survey | Ongoing  | Immediate Start | TSA Surveying are currently partnering with a leading building consultancy to recruit a Stock Condition Surveyor/ DEA for an ongoing project based in Cardiff. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct stock condition surveys on social housing properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and assessments under HHSRS. · Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards. ·  Carrying out DEA assessments where qualified · Assess the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms. About the Role: Surveys will be completed using asset management software (tablet devices provided). Complete 8-10 surveys per day. Full induction and training on the software provided. Outside IR35 paid per completed survey (houses, flats, and blocks). Ideal Candidates: Experience in stock condition surveying.  Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).  Experience in energy.  Familiarity with the HHSRS system  Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor. Accreditation with Elmhurst. Understanding the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.
