We’re on the lookout for skilled Counterbalance, Reach, or Bendi (Flexi) drivers who are confident, safety-conscious, and ready to take on a rewarding long-term position in a fast-paced, modern facility. What You’ll Be Doing Operating Counterbalance, Reach, or Bendi trucks in narrow aisles and busy production areas Moving stillages, pallets, and cages safely and efficiently Supporting the wider team with off-truck duties such as line feeding, materials handling, and general housekeeping Working closely with assembly and machine teams to keep production running smoothlyWhat We’re Looking For Valid FLT licence(s) – Counterbalance, Reach, or Bendi (issued within the last 3 years) Minimum 12 months MHE experience in a busy warehouse or manufacturing site Team player with good communication skills Comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced environment Willing to work both on and off the truckWhy You’ll Love It Here Excellent pay rates & premium overtime pay Free parking and great on-site facilities Supportive, friendly team Long-term opportunity with a respected, market-leading companyReady to take the next step?
