Site Agent

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to support the delivery of a tunnel and shafts project in Denbigh, North Wales. This is a long-term freelance opportunity on a technically challenging civil engineering scheme, requiring strong leadership and underground works experience. Key Responsibilities: * Managing day-to-day site activities for tunnelling and shaft construction works * Coordinating engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on site * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification * Implementing and managing RAMS and maintaining high HSEQ standards * Liaising with the Project Manager, client, and design teams * Managing site logistics, plant, labour, and materials * Monitoring progress and resolving technical and operational issues Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Agent on tunnelling, shafts, or major civils projects * Strong understanding of underground works and temporary works coordination * SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black), and First Aid certification * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Available to start immediately What’s on Offer: * £470–£570 per day * 12-month contract * Immediate start on a specialist infrastructure project * Outside IR35 CIS/LTD If this is something that interests you please apply and someone from the team will be in touch
