Health & Safety Advisor Location: Central London (project-based across multiple sites) Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + package Type: Permanent A leading M&E contractor is seeking a proactive and experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support multiple high-profile projects across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering complex engineering packages across commercial, residential, and mission-critical sectors. Role Overview: As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will ensure safe working environments across a variety of live construction and M&E sites. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and best practice. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular site inspections and audits across multiple project locations Ensure full compliance with H&S legislation, company procedures, and industry standards Support site teams with RAMS reviews, toolbox talks, and induction processes Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, producing detailed reports and corrective actions Deliver up-to-date H&S training and guidance to project and site staff Maintain documentation, records, and reporting in line with HSE requirements Promote a positive safety culture across all project environments Requirements: Previous experience as a Health & Safety Advisor within construction or M&E environments Strong understanding of CDM regulations and site safety protocols NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent) Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage site teams Flexible and able to travel between sites across Central London What’s on Offer: £50k – £65k salary depending on experience Exposure to a portfolio of major Central London projects Career progression within a well-respected contractor Supportive, established H&S team and excellent working culture
