PPM engineer

PPM Engineer - Mechanical & Electrical Location: Leeds & Surrounding Areas We are currently recruiting a PPM Engineer to join our growing facilities management team, covering Leeds and the surrounding areas. This role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a portfolio of commercial buildings, working for a well-established FM provider. The Role: Carrying out PPM tasks on a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems Working within commercial environments such as offices, retail, and other managed properties Completing maintenance schedules in line with statutory and contractual requirements Accurately completing job reports and compliance documentation Identifying and reporting remedial works where required Liaising professionally with clients and site contactsSystems may include: Lighting, emergency lighting & basic power HVAC plant & associated mechanical equipment Pumps, motors, fans, and basic building services Fire alarm and life safety checks (where competent) General building services maintenanceThe Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in a PPM Engineer / Maintenance Engineer role Background in mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled maintenance Experience working within commercial properties Recognised qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (desirable) Good understanding of PPM schedules and compliance Full UK driving license Reliable, organized, and customer-focusedWhat's On Offer: Company van and fuel card Door to door paid travel at enhanced rates Tools, uniform, and PPE provided Overtime opportunities Stable role with a reputable FM provider Career development and training opportunitiesIf you're an experienced PPM Engineer looking for a stable role within commercial facilities management in the Leeds area, we'd love to hear from you.
