About the Role Are you an experienced Air Quality Consultant with 15-20 years of expertise, looking for an opportunity to lead, inspire, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic organisation in Manchester? This Principal-level position allows you to work on exciting multidisciplinary projects, mentor junior staff, and play a pivotal role in shaping the business's success and long-term ambitions. Key Responsibilities In this Principal role, you'll operate as a bridge between Directors and junior consultants, with responsibilities including: Leading air quality projects across transport, odour, indoor air quality, and planning & development Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, integrated solutions Undertaking networking, marketing, and client engagement to grow the organisation's presence across each location Supporting and mentoring junior staff to aid their technical and professional development Contributing to strategic planning within an employee-owned consultancy structure What We're Looking For Our client is seeking a technically strong consultant with proven leadership capability: Extensive industry experience: 15-20 years within air quality consultancy Technical expertise: Strong background in air quality assessments and related disciplines Communication & influence: Confident engaging clients and internal stakeholders Innovative mindset: Proactive and commercially aware Collaborative approach: A positive contribution to team culture, regardless of location Why Join?
