Site Manager - Immediate   Location: Bristol Project Value: £6.5m Duration: Approx. 4 months   We are currently working with a contractor delivering a £6.5m refurbishment project in Bristol and are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support the project through its finishing and snagging stages. Large-scale refurbishment of a 7-storey building plus basement Major structural and builder’s works already completed 2 new lifts installed Currently moving into finishes Decorating underway Tiling commenced this week 5 external door sets due for manufacture and installation to achieve full watertight status  The Role Take responsibility for day-to-day site management Lead and coordinate subcontractors during the finishing stages Take ownership of snagging This role could suit someone happy to focus heavily on finishes and snagging, as there is sufficient work to keep a manager fully occupied in this area alone.  If you think this suits you, please drop me over your CV - or if you know someone who is looking, feel free to pass on my details.
