This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of a well-established care home, ensuring residents’ needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Job Title: Registered Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN) Care Home Location: Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire Salary: £54,000 - £55,000 Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day running of the home and activities within the home * Ensure the home operates to a high standard and complies with all legal frameworks * Manage the home to achieve the best possible outcomes for its service users. * Develop, promote, and maintain high standards of care and best practice. * Ambassador for the home, promoting and marketing its services to the wider community. * Ensure the home remains financially viable and sustainably managed. Essential Skills & Requirements: * Strong IT and clerical skills. * Excellent communication and leadership abilities. * Full UK driving licence. * Willingness to undertake all required in-house training. * Must hold or be working towards a Level 5 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification required for registration). * NMC Registered Nurse with an active PIN.
