The business operates within the industrial and logistics sector, delivering high-quality projects for a range of repeat and new clients, and has an excellent reputation in the market. The Role As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and targeting new industrial and logistics opportunities across the Midlands and North West Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and agents Supporting bid and tender submissions alongside pre-construction and commercial teams Attending networking events, client meetings, and industry functions Managing the business development pipeline and reporting on opportunities Supporting the company's overall growth and regional strategy About You Proven experience in a Business Development Manager role within a main contractor environment Strong knowledge of the industrial and logistics construction market Established network within the Midlands and/or North West preferred Commercially astute with strong negotiation and communication skills Self-motivated, professional, and relationship-driven What's on Offer Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience) Attractive benefits package (car allowance, bonus, pension, etc.) Opportunity to play a key role in a growing regional business Long-term career prospects with a reputable contractor
