Job Title: Project Manager Location: North West London (with hybrid working option once established) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE) About the Role An established soft furnishings business specialising in handmade curtains, blinds, cushions, and upholstery is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team. The role involves managing bespoke projects for high-end residential and commercial interiors, working closely with designers, architects, developers, and internal production teams. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities * Visit sites and liaise with clients * Prepare estimates and issue invoices * Manage projects from conception to completion * Create detailed worksheets for manufacture of bespoke items * Respond to design and manufacturing queries * Problem-solve technical and production challenges * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Coordinate with workroom and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery Key Skills & Attributes * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong organisational and prioritisation skills * Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines * Exceptional attention to detail * Proactive, “can-do” attitude * Good numerical ability * Previous experience in a similar industry preferred (training provided) Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Management (preferred) * At least 1 year’s experience within the soft furnishings industry (required) * Window treatment survey experience (preferred)
