Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager South Asia I am looking for a highly driven and strategically minded Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of ultra-luxury and hospitality developments in South Asia. The role involves end-to-end project leadership from concept through to handover, ensuring delivery against design intent, budget, and timeline. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design, procurement, construction, and operational readiness. I am looking for someone who has: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. 8 to 12 years of experience leading large-scale hospitality, resort, or mixed-use developments. Proven track record in ultra-luxury or high-end projects from concept to completion.Skills: Mastery of project delivery methodologies and tools. Strong commercial understanding (budgeting, procurement, contract admin). Proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. Ability to interpret architectural, structural & MEP drawings. Strong stakeholder communication & negotiation skills. PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred. Professional, collaborative, solution-oriented, and able to lead under pressure
