Estimator - Commerical Fit Out

Estimator Salary: £80,000 + package Location: Putney A leading international construction and specialist fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its UK team. Operating across complex, high-value commercial and infrastructure projects, the business is part of a well-established European construction group with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and long-term stability. The Role You will play a key role in the successful pricing and delivery of major projects, working closely with pre-construction, commercial, and delivery teams. The position offers exposure to technically challenging, design-led projects in both new build and refurbishment environments. Key responsibilities include: * Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for complex construction and interior fit-out projects * Analysing drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements * Managing take-offs, pricing, value engineering, and risk allowances * Liaising with supply chain partners to obtain competitive quotations * Supporting bid strategy, tender clarifications, and post-tender negotiations * Working collaboratively with design, BIM, and project teams throughout pre-construction About You * Proven experience as an Estimator within construction, specialist fit-out, or building services * Strong understanding of commercial contracts and procurement strategies * Comfortable working on high-value, fast-paced projects * Detail-focused with strong analytical and communication skills * Experience with BIM-led or digitally driven estimating processes is advantageous What’s on Offer * £70,000-£90,000 dependant on experience plus competitive benefits * Opportunity to work on landmark UK and international projects * Long-term career progression within a financially secure, family-owned organisation * Supportive, professional working culture with a strong focus on quality and innovation
