Packaging & Serialisation Engineer

Walker Cole International is partnering with a pharmaceutical organisation to appoint a Packaging & Serialisation Engineer, providing hands-on execution support within a GMP-regulated environment. This role will work closely with an onsite Subject Matter Expert (SME), taking immediate ownership of secondary packaging and serialisation activities to maintain delivery, clear backlog, and keep operations moving. Key Responsibilities – Packaging & Serialisation Contractor * Execute secondary packaging activities, including labels, cartons, leaflets and IFUs * Manage artwork coordination, reviews, approvals and create and maintain deadlines, technical drawings, specifications and BOMs * Prepare and update packaging batch records and author and maintain SOPs and work instructions * Provide day-to-day serialisation execution using TraceLink or a comparable platform Packaging & Serialisation Contractor – Candidate Profile * Proven, hands-on experience in secondary packaging execution within a GMP-regulated environment * Practical serialisation experience, ideally using TraceLink or similar systems * Comfortable working as a hands-on “doer” rather than a process designer * Able to work independently once tasks are assigned, without constant oversight * Confident operating within GMP requirements and documentation standards Desirable Experience * Equipment or packaging line trial support * Exposure to validation activities * Ability to lead small workstreams * Strong documentation discipline Packaging | Serialisation Contractor | Secondary Packaging | GMP | Serialisation Execution | #8977
