Industrial & Commercial Business Development Manager UK | Hybrid | Full-time We are recruiting for an experienced I&C Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within the UK industrial and commercial energy market. This role focuses on winning high-consumption clients through a data-led, consultative sales approach. The Role You will identify, engage, and convert large industrial and commercial energy users across electricity and gas portfolios. Managing the full sales lifecycle, you’ll develop tailored energy strategies that deliver commercial value and long-term sustainability outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Proactively source and win new high-consumption I&C energy clients * Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using data and digital prospecting tools * Lead tenders, pricing strategy, negotiations, and contract completion * Collaborate with internal teams to design flexible energy supply and decarbonisation solutions * Track market, regulatory, and technology developments within the energy sector * Maintain accurate CRM data and report on performance against targets About You * Proven background in I&C energy sales or business development * Strong understanding of UK energy markets and decarbonisation solutions * Commercially astute with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills * Confident communicator, able to engage senior and technical stakeholders * Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working autonomously Working Arrangements * Hybrid working model (Monday–Friday) * Access to employee rewards and benefits Interested?
