Site Manager – Defence Project (RAF Base, Lincolnshire) Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + £6,500 Car Allowance Benefits: 28 Days Holiday, 7% Pension, Company Bonus Location: RAF Base, Lincolnshire Employer: Tier 1 Main Contractor We are working on behalf of a leading UK Tier 1 main contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a high-profile defence project on an RAF base in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business renowned for delivering complex, secure and technically challenging projects across defence, infrastructure, building and public sector frameworks. The contractor has a strong reputation for long-term project delivery, repeat government clients, and investing heavily in its people. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards in a secure environment. Key responsibilities include: * Managing site activities, subcontractors and direct labour * Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety and security procedures * Coordinating works with the wider project team and client representatives * Maintaining programme milestones and quality standards * Producing site reports and contributing to project meetings About the Contractor Our client is a major UK construction group operating at the top tier of the industry, with a strong pipeline of secured work, particularly within the defence and government sectors.
