Production Operative

The Role - We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a large, well-established manufacturing site in Birstall, West Yorkshire, with roles starting from 5th January. This is a hands-on position within a fast-paced production environment, supporting manufacturing, packing, and quality control activities. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Operating machinery in a production environment Measuring, mixing, and handling materials safely Packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch Carrying out basic quality checks Adhering to all health & safety procedures Maintaining a clean and organised work area Working as part of a team to meet production targets Shifts & Pay Shift Patterns: Rotating Days and Lates (hours vary by department) Pay Rates: £12.21 - £13.53 per hour, depending on shift and role Candidate Requirements Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential Good attention to detail Reliable with strong timekeeping Willingness to work rotating shifts Comfortable working in a physical role What's on Offer Competitive hourly pay Ongoing work with training provided Long-term opportunities available Support from an experienced training team.
