Production Supervisor

Castle Manufacturing is recruiting an experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor on behalf of a well-established manufacturing organisation based in East Yorkshire. This is a permanent role on a Night Shift Key Duties: Lead the Encapsulation team to meet production, quality, and safety targets Support NPD and EPD trials, process improvements, and lean initiatives Manage training, skills matrices, and team development Ensure compliance with BRC, ISO, and company standards Conduct daily briefings, handovers, and performance reviews Requirements Proven leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing (FMCG/food preferred) Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and food safety Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills IT literate and confident working under pressure What’s on Offer A key role within a stable and growing manufacturing business.
