Executive Assistant Construction / Civil Engineering Consultancy Birmingham Up to £35,000 plus company package We are currently working on behalf of a well-established and growing construction and civil engineering consultancy based in Birmingham, who are looking to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Directors. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys working at senior level within a professional consultancy environment. The Role The successful candidate will provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Directors, ensuring their schedules are effectively managed and the business operates smoothly. Key Responsibilities Managing and coordinating Directors’ diaries, meetings, and appointments Acting as a key point of contact between Directors and internal/external stakeholders Preparing correspondence, reports, and meeting documentation Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion Supporting financial and accounts administration using Xero Assisting with invoicing, expenses, and general bookkeeping tasks Providing wider administrative and office support as required Candidate Requirements Previous experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant or similar senior support role Experience within construction, civil engineering, or a consultancy environment is highly desirable Proven experience using Xero accounting software Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively What’s on Offer Opportunity to work closely with Directors in a respected consultancy Stable, long-term role within a growing business Competitive salary, dependent on experience Professional and supportive working environment If you feel this role aligns with your experience, please apply with your CV.
