ECT / Trainee Teacher – Supply Opportunities (Primary & Secondary) About the Role and Key Responsibilities As an ECT or Trainee Teacher working on a supply basis with TailorEDucation, you will gain valuable classroom experience while continuing your teacher training or early career development. You will support pupils’ learning within primary and/or secondary school settings, deliver pre-planned lessons or learning activities, maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and develop your confidence and teaching practice across a range of age groups. This flexible role is ideal for those looking to balance supply work alongside their studies. About the School/Setting You will work within a variety of primary and/or secondary schools (depending on your preference and experience) in Medway and the surrounding areas, all known for their supportive leadership teams, inclusive ethos, and commitment to pupil progress. TailorEDucation partners with a wide range of schools and educational settings across Kent and Medway, from early years through to secondary level.
