Fire Joiners – Scotland Region * Day Rate: £25/hr | Monday–Friday * Digs & daily allowance provided when overnight stays required * Immediate start dates available - quick turnaround About the Role: We are looking for experienced Fire Joiners for ongoing projects across the Scotland region, keeping you busy all year round. You’ll be working on commercial and residential sites, such as hotels, installing passive fire protection to stop fire and smoke spreading. This is agency work, so flexibility and reliability are key. Responsibilities of a Fire Joiner: * Install and maintain fire-rated doors and frames * Fit hinges, closers, locks, seals, and ironmongery correctly * Ensure correct door gaps, alignment and operation * Carry out inspections and remedial works on existing fire doors * Ensure doors meet fire safety regulations and certification requirements Requirements: * NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent) * CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card * Fire door-specific training (e.g. BM TRADA, FDIS, FIRAS awareness) * Understanding of fire door standards (BS 8214, BS 476) * Good practical joinery skills and attention to detail Why Apply: * £25/hr with overtime available * Digs & daily allowance for overnight stays * Stable, long-term work through a leading agency for 2 BIG clients * Regional travel across the Scotland region with flexible assignments * Shifts: 7:30am–4:30pm / 8am–5pm * Immediate start dates available You will need to provide qualification certificates & references before work begins.
