SEN tutor

The Role: Provide 1:1 or small group tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties Deliver tailored sessions in the home, school, or community settings Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs Build positive, supportive relationships with learners and families Work flexibly around your availability Requirements: Experience working with SEN students (essential) Teaching or tutoring experience (QTS is desirable but not essential) Strong behaviour management and communication skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) A patient, empathetic, and reliable approach What We Offer: Flexible working hours to suit your schedule £25-30 per hour Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Rewarding work supporting vulnerable learners If you are an enthusiastic SEN Tutor looking for flexible and meaningful work in Barking and Dagenham, we would love to hear from you.
