MEICA Engineer (Delivery & Commissioning)

Framework: AMP8 (2025–2030) Delivery Model: Build-Only construction & commissioning Locations: Manchester | Liverpool | Warrington | Preston | Blackburn | Chester Delivery Environment This role sits at the heart of Build-Only AMP8 delivery, ensuring mechanical and electrical installations are built correctly, tested thoroughly, and commissioned safely. Design decisions are fixed; your success is judged by the quality of installation, safety, and commissioning performance. Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate MEICA installation activities on-site * Oversee electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation subcontractors * Review RAMS, ITPs, and installation quality * Support commissioning, snagging, and defect resolution * Interface daily with ICA engineers, site managers, and commissioning teams What Separates Strong from Weak Candidates * Strong candidates can spot installation issues before commissioning * They understand sequencing and temporary commissioning states * They are comfortable being site-based and delivery-focused Should you be interested in this role, please click 'Apply' and I will be in touch to discuss further
