Nursery Room Leader – Full-Time, Ongoing Work Location: Sussex, Surrey, Kent & London Pay: £15–£18 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications) Hours: Full-time, ongoing Payment: Weekly We are currently recruiting experienced Nursery Room Leaders to manage and support nursery rooms across Sussex, Surrey, Kent, and London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner looking to lead a team, drive high-quality early years provision, and make a real difference in children’s development. Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing a nursery room in line with EYFS standards Supporting, mentoring, and supervising staff Planning and delivering high-quality learning activities Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory compliance Monitoring children’s progress and reporting to management Requirements: Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting Knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements Strong organisational and team management skills Clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Right to work in the UK What We Offer: Competitive pay: £15–£18 per hour Weekly pay Full-time, ongoing work Opportunities across multiple nursery settings Support in building your Early Years career Apply now to register your interest or contact us for more information
