Design Coordinator

Job Title: Design Coordinator – Construction/Architectural/Modular Location: East Yorkshire Salary: Up-To £50,000 + WFH + Bonus + Private Healthcare White Label are proud to be working with leading construction business who have the reputation of delivering quality product to their clients in their search for a Design Coordinator due to growth of business. The Role: * To ensure the effective delivery of high-quality design solutions for projects from inception to completion. * Undertaking reviews of design, procurement and construction information to ensure compliance with project documentation, client output specifications, and statutory requirements * Reviewing and approving of consultant’s design and sub-contractor’s drawings to ensure coordination among various trades * Coordinating 3D designs across different disciplines * Conducting site/factory visits and report back to Design Manager. * Submitting design packs to client, and responding to client comments and coordinating responses from our design team * Running Design Team Meetings, tracking actions and managing Design Consultants * Assisting the Design Manager with their Principal Designer role in accordance with CDM 2015 * Producing construction site setup plans in AutoCAD with support from Project Manager The Person: * Min HNC in (Architecture, Structural & Civil Engineering, Construction Management etc) * Design background demonstrating strong technical abilities * Strong working knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD * Experience in RIBA Stages 4-5 * Good understanding of Building Regulations is a MUST * Strong Project Management skills * Excellent organisational and time management skills * Strong verbal and written communication skill * Proven ability to review and improve processes and procedures, looking for innovative and creative solutions Salary & Benefits: * Up-to £50,000 (Dependent On Experience) * 37.5 working week: * Monday – Thursday – 8 am – 5pm * Friday – 8 am – 2pm * 1 Day WFH per week/4 days WFH per month * Bonus (Up-to 30%) * Private Medical * Electrical Car Company Scheme * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Opportunity to work for a business where they have very high retention of staff and are one of the best when it comes to support and progression
