C&C Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced and committed Registered Manager to lead a small residential home. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for delivering high-quality care, managing a skilled team, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage all aspects of the residential home. * Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory requirements. * Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervision, and development. * Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of each child. * Occasionally work alternative shifts (e.g., 12–8) and provide on-call support as required. Requirements: * Registered Manager status or equivalent experience in residential childcare management. * Proven leadership and team management skills. * Strong understanding of safeguarding, regulatory frameworks, and residential care best practices. * Level 4 residential childcare qualification or above preferred. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. Working Hours: * Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with occasional alternative shifts or on-call duties.
