Contracts Manager – High-End Commercial Office Fit Out Location: Warrington Salary: £60-65k + Package (DOE) Company: High-End Commercial Fit-Out Contractor About the Company: Our client is a well-established, high-end commercial office fit-out contractor renowned for delivering premium-quality workspaces for blue-chip clients nationwide. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the UK. The Role: As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and coordinating a portfolio of fast-paced, high-spec office fit-out projects, typically ranging in value from £500k to £10m. You will ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee multiple projects concurrently across the UK, ensuring consistent delivery excellence * Lead, support, and mentor Site Managers and project delivery teams * Maintain full control of project programmes, budgets, and resource planning * Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and H&S compliance * Act as the primary client interface, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and consultants * Ensure projects meet quality benchmarks, design intent, and contractual obligations * Manage procurement schedules, subcontractor coordination, and supply-chain performance * Support tender submissions, programming, and project handover documentation * Provide leadership in Health & Safety compliance and promote best practices on all sites Requirements: * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within high-end commercial office fit out (CAT A / CAT B) * Strong operational oversight with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects * Solid understanding of design, technical detailing, and commercial fit-out delivery * Exceptional communication, client-facing, and organisational skills * Strong contractual, financial, and programming awareness * Willingness to work on projects nationwide * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary + full benefits package * Employee owned business (yearly bonus based on profit) * Opportunity to work on prestigious, design-led office schemes for leading corporate clients * A supportive, forward-thinking business with clear progression opportunities * Long-term pipeline of secured nationwide projects
