Electrician

A leading construction and facilities management company is seeking a skilled Heating Engineer in the Lincoln area, on a full time, permanent basis. Having been established for over 50 years they are a forward thinking business, with an excellent reputation. You will carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs, and installations of domestic and/or commercial heating systems across contracted properties. Responsibilities: * Service, maintain and repair boilers and heating systems * Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently * Carry out gas safety checks and complete LGSRs * Ensure compliance with Gas Safe regulations and company procedures * Complete job documentation electronically * Deliver high standards of customer service Requirements: Essential * Valid ACS Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT) * Full UK driving licence * Experience in domestic and/or commercial heating Desirable * NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing & Heating * Unvented (G3) certification * Commercial Gas (CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1A) * Social housing experience Benefits includes: * Competitive salary * Company vehicle and fuel card * 24 days annual leave + bank holidays * Pension and life cover (1.5x salary) * Ongoing training and development opportunities This is a permanent position, and Coleman James are acting as an Employment Agency
