Site Manager Bristol 12 month Contract Construo Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager with strong M&E experience to support a major apartment development. This is an opportunity to join a project where technical ability, organisation, and quality delivery are essential. The Role • Oversee daily site operations on a residential apartment build • Lead and coordinate the M&E packages • Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed to specification • Monitor quality, health & safety, and programme deadlines • Work closely with project and design teams to resolve technical issues • Provide regular progress updates and maintain site documentation Requirements • Proven Site Manager experience on residential or apartment projects • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems • Ability to manage subcontractors effectively • Good knowledge of H&S and building regulations • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid • Strong communication and problem solving skills What’s on Offer • Competitive day rate / salary • Long term opportunity for the right person • Supportive project team and smooth onboarding • Immediate start available
