Technical Coordinator

We are working with a Tier 1 residential developer who is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator on a permanent basis to support the delivery of a high-quality new build residential scheme in Bath (BA1). This is an excellent opportunity to join an established technical team and work on a flagship development for a well-respected, market-leading business. The Role Working closely alongside the wider technical team, you will play a key role in coordinating design information and ensuring the smooth technical delivery of the project from pre-construction through to completion. You will act as a central point of contact between consultants, internal departments and the site team, ensuring information is issued accurately, on time and in line with programme requirements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage design information across all disciplines Support the Technical Manager and wider technical team on the project Review drawings, specifications and technical details Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC and planning conditions Assist with the discharge of planning conditions and statutory approvals Respond to technical queries from construction and commercial teams Attend design, coordination, and project meetings  About You Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Manager Background working on new build residential projects Experience working for a residential developer or main contractor Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential construction standards Strong communication and organisational skills  What’s on Offer Salary up to £65,000 (depending on experience) Competitive benefits package Permanent role with a Tier 1 residential developer Opportunity to work as part of a strong, collaborative technical team Long-term career progression and future project exposure    If you are a Technical Coordinator seeking a permanent role on a prestigious residential development in Bath, this is an opportunity not to be missed
