Production Operative

My client in Biggleswade are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join their busy and growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable Production Operative looking for long-term, stable work. Main Duties As a Production Operative, your main duties will include: * Machine minding and monitoring production equipment * Quality checking finished plastic components * Packing products accurately and efficiently * Following health & safety and quality procedures at all times Skills / Requirements This Production Operative role would suit someone with: · Previous manufacturing or factory experience. · Experience with machine minding or working around production machinery · A good eye for detail for quality checking and inspection · Ability to work at a steady pace in a fast-moving production environment · Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Hours & Pay The following shift patterns are available Early shift: 07:00 – 15:00 Late shift: 15:00 – 23:00 Night shift: available Starting rate £12.21 per hour Perks Full-time temp to perm position Stable hours on a fixed shift Opportunity to secure a permanent role Supportive working environment
