I’m working with a fast-growing, consumer-focused business that is looking to hire a Key Account Support professional to join their Consumer Sales Team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their commercial career who enjoys working with key customers, analysing data, and supporting national accounts in a fast-paced environment. The Role You’ll support the day-to-day management of key customer accounts, acting as a central point of coordination between customers and internal teams such as supply chain, warehouse, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage weekly customer orders and review stock availability Liaise directly with customers to resolve account-related issues, including stock availability and penalties Maintain and update master account data Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including sales performance analysis Work closely with internal teams to ensure account-specific requirements are met Communicate key updates across departments to ensure customer expectations are aligned Support assigned accounts with day-to-day queries and activity Assist with project work and ad-hoc tasks as required Skills & Experience At least 1 year’s experience in a sales, account support, or commercial environment Strong Excel skills and general systems confidence SAP experience beneficial (not essential) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented Confident multitasker, able to work to deadlines Comfortable engaging and negotiating with multiple internal stakeholders Self-motivated and able to work independently (with occasional travel to customer sites if required) Why Apply?
