Environmental Health & Safety Advisor

Senior Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Advisor – Construction - Dublin We are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Advisor for our client to support and drive high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance across multiple construction projects. This role will work closely with site and project teams, providing expert guidance on risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure EHS compliance * Prepare, review, and approve risk assessments and method statements * Deliver EHS training, toolbox talks, and site safety briefings * Investigate incidents and near misses, producing reports and corrective actions * Support Construction Health & Safety Plans and ISO audit preparation * Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies during inspections * Maintain accurate EHS records, documentation, and reporting * Support environmental, sustainability, and ESG initiatives * Manage, mentor, and develop Graduate and Junior EHS team members * Provide HammerTech training and ongoing support across multiple sites Requirements * Level 8 qualification (or higher) in EHS, Environmental Science, or a related discipline * Construction industry EHS experience preferred * NEBOSH (or equivalent) qualification advantageous * Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and ISO management systems * Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills * Ability to manage workload effectively across multiple live sites Start Date: ASAP To apply please click apply now and send us your latest CV
