Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Due to continued growth in our Watford office, we’re looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This role is ideal for someone with strong outbound sales experience who’s ready to move into a long-term career with high earning potential, clear progression, and genuine autonomy. The Role This is a full 360 recruitment role, where you’ll be trained to build and run your own desk from day one with ongoing support from experienced managers and consultants.
