We are seeking a Director of Governance & Regulatory Affairs to lead the Quality and Risk function, ensuring compliance, robust processes, and high standards across our organisation. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and develop the Governance & Regulatory Affairs team. * Design and embed governance frameworks, policies, and compliance systems. * Oversee safeguarding, complaints, regulatory inspections, and risk management. * Act as Data Protection Officer, ensuring GDPR and cybersecurity compliance. * Support operational teams and maintain strong regulator relationships. Requirements: * Proven leadership in a regulated environment. * Expertise in governance, compliance, and regulatory affairs. * Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Must live within travelling distance of Leeds.
