Gas Engineer – Domestic & Commercial Location: London Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 Job Type: Permanent | Full-time We’re working with a well-established property maintenance contractor that continues to grow its engineering team across London. They’re now looking to add an experienced Gas Engineer to support a steady pipeline of domestic and light commercial work. This is a mobile role with a structured diary, solid support from the office, and year-round workload  - no chasing jobs, no paperwork overload. The Role You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintenance and repair works across a varied portfolio of properties. The role suits an engineer who’s comfortable working independently, takes pride in doing things properly, and values consistency over chaos. Key responsibilities include: Servicing, maintaining and repairing gas and heating systems Fault finding, diagnostics and remedial works Carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance Logging work via a job-management app (no paperwork) Working to strict health & safety and compliance standards What’s on Offer Company van, fuel card, tablet and uniform provided 28 days holiday including bank holidays Guaranteed, consistent workload Office-based support team handling bookings and logistics 1 in 5 call-out rota Overtime available What They’re Looking For Gas Safe registered (essential) Experience in domestic gas works (commercial experience beneficial) Full UK driving licence Ability to clear DBS check Professional, reliable and customer-focused Comfortable working autonomously in a mobile role The Details Permanent position In-person role, covering London Immediate start available
