Housekeeping Co-ordinator Axon Moore is recruiting a Housekeeping Co-ordinator to join a busy park-based site. This is a hands-on role that combines supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and ensuring a positive experience for guests. It is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, has excellent organisational skills, and takes pride in delivering high standards of customer service. Role Overview: Manage the day-to-day housekeeping operations, support the team, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all accommodation and public areas. Assist with guest-facing duties such as queries, check-ins, and reception tasks when required. Key Responsibilities: Supervise cleaners to ensure accommodation and public areas meet high standards; checklists are completed Manage third-party cleaners to ensure standards are maintained Carry out cleaning tasks during busy periods Create a guest-focused culture within the housekeeping team Ensure bed linen and inventory packs are stocked; follow company procedures for replacement Inspect accommodation before guest arrivals; arrange repairs or routine maintenance as needed Ensure staff follow health and safety procedures Support the team with general housekeeping tasks when required Provide efficient, friendly, and consistently high standards of service to guests Participate in training to support the role Follow all company policies and procedures Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail Good customer service skills Computer literate Friendly, approachable, able to work under pressure Experience supervising teams or planning and organising projects Experience in a holiday park environment is desirable but not essential Qualifications: Right to work in the UK Working Hours and Pay: £23,000–£25,000 Maintenance / Warden Axon Moore is recruiting for a Maintenance/Warden role at a park-based site. This hands-on position combines practical maintenance duties with a visible presence on-site to support residents and guests. It is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, has strong organisational skills, and is comfortable working with the public. Role Overview: Work as part of the maintenance team to ensure the site is safe, well-maintained, and welcoming, while acting as a visible presence and responding to guest queries, including out-of-hours requests. Key Responsibilities – Maintenance: Carry out gas deliveries in line with company procedures Maintain buildings, accommodation units, grounds, fencing, public areas, and development sites Identify and report maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution Record chargeable work accurately for invoicing and approval Support minor repairs and general maintenance, including drain downs, siting work, and grounds maintenance (e.g., grass cutting) Assist with enforcing site rules professionally, reporting non-compliance when necessary Provide courteous, professional service to residents and guests Monitor site-specific systems such as boreholes and reed beds; report concerns Participate in training and follow all health and safety procedures Comply with all company policies and procedures Carry out other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager Key Responsibilities – Warden: Maintain a visible presence to support residents and guests, including out-of-hours queries Work under the manager’s guidance to ensure efficient site operation Complete reasonable tasks and flexible hours as required Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies Carry out other reasonable duties as requested Skills and Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Previous maintenance or management experience preferred Full driving licence essential Professional manner when dealing with customers and colleagues Ability to work calmly under pressure to meet deadlines Experience in customer-facing roles beneficial Qualifications: Right to work in the UK Previous maintenance or management experience preferred Working Hours and Pay: £23,000–£25,000
