Asset Manager and Quality Support

Job Title: Asset Manager and Quality Specialist Type: Contract Location: Birmingham Rate: Dependant on Experience Job Reference: JHAM I am looking for an asset managerwith a good engineering background, to deliver engineering technical excellence on asset portfolio on a major project in Birmingham Role You will have previous experience working in a similar role within an asset management aspect. This role would suit an asset manager Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage Asset certification and package handover requirements and documentation for current work packages (piling, substructure and superstructure) Assist with the completion of the handover plan and its implementation Assist with management of NCRs/defects of work current packages, particularly closing of NCRs following project processEssential requirements: Engineering background Experience and understanding of project systems: projectwise, assetwise, BIM, etc Rail experience ideally asset protection works To discuss in more detail please call Josh Hill at Advance or apply We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
